We are available to serve you from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We will try to provide a telephone reminder call 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment to supplement the appointment card you receive. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Please let us know if you cannot make the appointment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel.

Financial/Insurance

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In addition, we offer financing through the Orthodontists Fee Plan. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
